Reasons Why People Fail At Adopting A Healthy Lifestyle Change.

It’s Simple, "Rush In and you’ll Rush Out".

I have literally failed over a thousand times for years in my lifestyle journey. There were times I wondered why God hasn’t given up on me, then I read Joyce Meyer’s PDFs "Tell Them I love Them" and "Reduce Me to Love" and I was absolutely convinced that God loves Me Vivian, and we don’t give up on people we love.

So why do people fail at this?
Challenge 1: Switching without a complete and Sustainable Plan.
If you love eating soup and 'swallow’, don’t give up after a month on Strictly Juices and you still strongly crave 'swallow’, rather drink juices for breakfast and dinner and reward your brain with swallow or other meals for lunch for about a month, it will be easier to switch to smoothies for lunch then.
Solution- Ease into the Change with a good plan.

Challenge 2: Underestimating the Value of Drinking Water.
We often think we’re hungry because our mouth wants something but Water apart from the health benefits, helps us to know when we’re really hungry.
Solution- Target 10 sachets a day, it’s very ok to meet 6 sachets.
Drink water before, after and between meals, workouts, and when stressed.

Challenge 3: Impatience
You have known (not necessarily enjoyed) certain things for X years, Love yourself enough after months of trying to change, st realistic and exciting goals. The essence of a goal is not the results, it's becoming the person it takes to achieve the results. You'll need to know and learn to enjoy the process.
Solution- Consistency is the Key. it took your fitness models years to get the body you see, not the 1week video.

Challenge 4: Ignorance.
It is good to make decisions based on advise but Do Your Own Research, don't just swallow or wave it . An hour workout daily, may not work for you now (and not just because of time), find out which workouts will, how and when. Learn why you should not skip meals only to eat triple the quantity. Impulsive moves always have a pullback.
Solution- Educate yourself along the way. You don't just invest and forget it, you research why certain things happen.

Challenge 5: Lack of Purpose and Support.
You will not feel motivated to do a particular thing everyday but Knowing Why you must do it is the commitment. People around you may not understand why you do the things you do, find people that appreciates it. That’s why I like Instagram, I see what I want and need when I want to.
Solution- keep Track of your Progress, Journal to learn from your mistakes and appreciate the good days.
