Pawpaw, The Best And Most Effective Dinner

"Let Thy Food Be Thy Medicine, and Medicine Thy Food".

What you choose to eat or drink either supports your health or destroys it (short or long-term).
The boiled corn vendor only starts in the afternoon, and since I moved into this new neighborhood, I always have her in mind for lunch because I just loved the aroma, sweet taste, softness and satisfaction of boiled corn, but it constipates me. I like banana too but we have the same issue.

I used to go a week constipated, until my Lover, The Creator of the Innumerable beautiful, colourful and tasty fruits led me to discover pawpaw. The vibrant reddish-yellow , soft and juicy burst of goodness in my mouth, agreeing and inviting as I grind gently and happily with my teeth, smiling and thanking God for loving me so much through this gift in creation.

Now, I could enjoy banana, corn or any food knowing pawpaw's got my back :) especially when I eat it for dinner, being so fibrous and satiating. it could also be eaten for breakfast or lunch, snack or in salad unlike acidic fruits like oranges, this one is quite alkaline. It boosts the immune system, refreshes and even glows the skin just like carrots, but softer.
