1. it makes you too heavy especially to wake up in the midnight to pray as you should and you get bad dreams because you didn’t wake to pray. We should be light enough to go fast and far.
2. Your body does not truly rest because it was working on digesting the food all through the night.
3. You wake up in the morning still wanting to sleep again nomatter how long you already slept.
But, if that is all you can afford at the time then take as little as possible and with enough water.
