It takes Determination to change the direction of a big ship, but it can be done if we stay on course.

Yes You, because you’re ready to stop procrastinating, knowing You said you were going to take your health seriously last year, you said it again this year, you’ll say it again next year if you don’t make the decision right now and commit to it. By the Grace of God, I’ll tell you why, show you how and support you but you have to prove it to yourself.

So Why Should You Decide Today?
1. For Your Loved Ones.
I choose to live for my future children, husband, and my family. According to Rev. Dr. George Malkmus in his book "The Hallelujah Diet", it takes a year on a mostly raw balanced diet (living foods) for the body to completely rebuild all the cells. Just like you save money for your children’s future to ensure they don’t start life in poverty, I also want to ensure my children have the gift of healthy genes from healthy parents so that they can focus on life and destiny performing at their best. I want my parents to understand the short and long-term benefits of simple healthy lifestyles and choose it for themselves.

2. You’ll Enjoy Increased Vitality

How would you feel returning from an early morning 30minutes walking exercise while most people are just waking up? I’ll tell you. I feel happy, soaked on the proof of my effort, feeling every joint in my body, breathing more fully and deeply, feeling more calm, smiling and laughing more easily. you’ll feel more proud of yourself and confident. you’ll love your face as you look more closely in the mirror and sincerely observe the growing freshness even tho you’re yet to shower. you’ll feel stronger. Imagine achieving the body size you’ve wished for so long. I love swimming but didn’t go as much as I wanted because I was uncomfortable with the size of my tummy but now, eating more fruits and vegetables, and the regular 10minutes stomach workout, I can go swimming as much as I want. I can wear any gown knowing my body will bring out the beauty.

4. It Saves Money.
if you spend about a thousand naira on food daily,with 500 hundred you can drink a green juice for breakfast, a whole watermelon for lunch, and a whole pawpaw for dinner,with about 5 sachets of water, this is a perfect meal plan . This meal plan apart from their health benefits, will make you feel fuller and less prone to over-eating and binging on junks. You could sleep well and wake up early, feeling lighter and ready to empty your bowels. You’ll feel happier and confident to manage your day.

5. You’ll see the Miracle of your own transformation happening before your very eyes.
I like seeing people with very white teeth and eyes, it makes them look so beautiful and vibrant. Standing before my mirror after 10days on 80% raw food, I noticed that my sclera /conjunctiva (the white part of the eyes) is getting clearer from the dirty yellow it has been, I literally jumped in excitement. My hair also healed from itching and breaking to being fuller, blacker, longer and curlier.
This is the first week of December, the last month of the year 2021, let’s make it count. You know you want to, you can and you will.

1. Weekly Stock up on drinking water, Fruits(watermelon, banana, pawpaw...), Vegetables (garden eggs, carrots, cucumber...), Oils (Avocado, Tigernuts, Groundnuts...) and Greens (Ugu, Scentleaf, Gardenegg leaves).
2. Invest in buying a Blender then a juicer.
3. Have a Meal plan and unique time for eating.
